Our olive oil proceeds from a small family farm in the Southern Region of Murcia, in Spain.
Apart from olive trees, you can find in the farm and surroundings pomegranate, orange and lemon trees, clover, broccoli, broad beans, garlic, rosemary and thyme among others. There are lots of bees, ladybirds, butterflies and colourful worms living in the soil and vegetation.
My dad takes special care of the olive trees by feeding their soil with organic manure produced in our farm. Once a year, he will cut some branches to air and renew the trees that need it.
