Premium quality, low acidity Spanish Olive Oil harvested by hand and extracted from olives purely by mechanical means. This is the traditional oil of our family from our November 2021 harvest.
This year we once again have more oil than we can use ourselves, so we are pleased to be able to share this treasure that gives us health, energy and beauty!
We grow our olives the traditional way and are in the process of making our farm organic to improve the biodiversity and ecology of this area.
This kind of oil, raw and unfiltered is best used in salads or raw with bread.
