Our Oil

Naturally cloudy low acidity Spanish olive oil harvested by hand and gently cold pressed using only mechanical means.

This is the traditional oil of our family that we harvested in December 2019.

This year we have more oil than we can use ourselves, so we are happy to share this treasure that gives us health, energy and beauty!

This mild and fruity-tasting oil is best used in salads, drizzled on fresh bread or for the preparation of Mediterranean dishes.

Please do not heat above 180 ° C
